MEDFUT SRL is a provider of services, advice and representation to entrepreneurs engaged in the rendering of audiovisual media services within the Argentine Republic.
Our activity serves content producers, signal owners, signal distribution providers, advertising companies and, in general, all those governed by the Audiovisual Media Services Act No. 26,522.
Under the above law -which governs all communication media- audiovisual services are defined as an activity of public interest, promoting the radio spectrum development which, given the novelty of the regime, is regulated by a significant number of specific regulations contemplating each and every one of the parties involved.
Our advice includes the incorporation of new technological contents as well as the business representation of media-related players.
Our company has been already supported by a selective group of foreign governmental signals, interstate business companies, private groups and university signals which are r epresented by us before the audiovisual regulatory authorities.

We provide exclusive representation before the Argentine Registry of Signals and Production Companies under the Argentine Federal Authority of Audiovisual Media Services (AFSCA), in order to secure the cable signal license or broadcasting rights for content distribution.
Performance of periodical permit renewals to maintain permit validity.
Provision of periodical or immediate reports on significant information in connection with any measure taken by the AFSCA and/or its agencies and courts, regarding any amendments to legislation, regulations and case-law on communication media.
